A little about Me


With over 15 years of dedicated experience in Social Work, I specialize in supporting older adults and their families through life’s transitions. My areas of expertise include comprehensive geriatric assessments, individual and family counselling, as well as mandate homologation.

I believe that clear communication and a deep respect for each person’s dignity are the foundations of meaningful care. My goal is to create a supportive environment where families feel informed, empowered, and confident in the decisions they make for their loved ones.

Individual and Family Counselling

Whether it's personal challenges, anxiety, or family struggles we will work together to build healthier patterns, strengthen connections and help you feel more confident moving forward. 

I offer a range of services, including individual and family counseling, geriatric assessments, parenting coaching, and personalized wellness plans. Each service is thoughtfully designed to support holistic well-being for every member of the family, fostering connection, understanding, and a sense of unity.

Geriatric Assessments

A Geriatric Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation designed to understand the unique needs of older adults. The assessment considers physical health, social health, daily living, cognitive changes, mobility changes. The goal is to create a personalized care plan that promotes independence, safety and quality of life.

Mandate Homologation

Experienced in Mandate Homolgation. This is the legal step that makes a mandate official when someone is having changes in their ability to manage for themselves. A comprehensive assessment, communication with Notaries and other Professionals involved. Education, support, clarification, leading you through this challenging time.
